PRODUCT SAFETY INFORMATION
Care Instructions:
Before first use, wash the ceramic item with warm water and a mild detergent. Use a soft sponge for this purpose.
Ceramic items can be washed in a dishwasher (unless otherwise specified) or by hand using gentle cleaning agents. Do not use metal scrubbers or strong chemical cleaners, as they may damage the glaze. In areas with hard water, it is recommended to dry the items after washing.
Oven / Microwave
It is best to avoid using ceramics in the microwave or oven. Sudden temperature changes cause the ceramic to heat quickly and unevenly, which may lead to damage.
Additional Recommendations:
- Avoid sudden temperature changes.
- If the package arrives on a freezing day, wait until the item reaches room temperature before pouring in boiling water. Sudden temperature changes may cause cracking.
- Do not use on an open flame unless the item is specifically designed for this purpose.
- Store carefully – avoid impacts or drops that could cause cracking.
- Do not use the product if you notice cracks or other damage.
Material and Firing Process:
Our products are made from high-quality ceramic materials. Each item is fired twice, with the second firing being a stoneware firing at temperatures above 1200°C (unless otherwise specified), ensuring full vitrification and durability. Thanks to carefully selected ceramic materials, items intended for food contact have very low water absorption (below 1%).
Functional items are coated exclusively with non-toxic glazes that comply with the European General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on materials intended to come into contact with food. All materials used are approved for sale in Poland and
throughout the EU.
