Shipping & Damaged Parcels
We take care to ensure your order arrives safely. All shipments are insured and carefully packaged to protect your items.
To use the insurance, damage must be reported on the day of delivery, as many courier companies may reject claims submitted later. Please follow the steps below:
1. Visible damage
(Package visibly damaged upon delivery)
- Report the damage to the courier and complete a damage report.
- Take photos of the package and the damage.
- Notify us immediately at: primecaviar.studio@gmail.com
2. Hidden damage
(Outer packaging looks fine, but the product inside is damaged)
- Take photos of:
- damaged contents,
- packaging method (fillers, foil, inner packaging, etc.),
- outer packaging.
- Notify us on the same day by sending photos and a description to primecaviar.studio@gmail.com.
Important
- To ensure your claim is processed, damage must be reported on the day of delivery.
- Late reporting may prevent claims from the courier or successful resolution of your order.
